Michael Weisberg

Michael skillfully leads Group Ten's efforts to acquire land utilizing a comprehensive database, maps, aerials and network of industry contacts to identify and locate viable development opportunities. Once sites are identified, Michael meets with owners to coordinate the complex negotiations aimed at crafting Agreements of Sale that effectively satisfy the interests of the seller, buyer and the greater community which will benefit from future development.

Prior to joining Group Ten, Michael served as Vice President of Development for Pokras Commercial, a distinguished brokerage firm specializing in site selection, land acquisition and tenant representation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has also served as Director of Real Estate for the Quiznos Sub chain, where he was responsible for the rollout of new stores in the Mid-Atlantic region.

During his career, Michael has also served as Vice President of Real Estate for both America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, Inc., and West Coast Entertainment Corporation, where his responsibilities included management and development of all aspects of the companies' real estate activities.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of the Arts. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
