Vice President of Sales & Marketing

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Group Ten Builders since 1995, Les has effectively managed and trained our carefully selected sales force in the sale of thousands of homes in prestigious communities throughout southern New Jersey. With his extensive knowledge and experience in new home sales, he had considerable influence in the creation of the Homes on Parade marketing concept and its unprecedented continuing success.

Les has been involved in the sales and marketing of residential new construction for over 20 years. His experience and expertise ranges form the sale of high-rise, luxury condominiums and co-ops in Manhattan to suburban single-family homes.

Early in his career he was Sales Director for both the Marketing Directors and Gilbert Charles Beyley in New York City, where he earned national recognition as Sales Director of the Year. Two communities under his direction were also recognized as national Community of the Year.

Les headed his own consulting company in the 1990s, and consulted with seven of the top ten national builders on strategic on site selling, training, team building, motivation and marketing consulting.

Les holds both Bachelor of Science and MBA Degrees and has earned Certified Sales Person (CSP) and Member Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) designations as sanctioned by the National Association of Home Builders.
