It begins with the way the company was founded. Ten contractors, with over 300 years of combined home building experience, pooled their resources and skills to form Group Ten. Eighty-five percent of your home is built by Group Ten's owners (i.e. excavating, cement work, framing, sheet rocking, plumbing, electrical, siding, painting, roofing, flooring, etc.). That means we employ a limited number of subcontractors. The owners of the company build homes with the vested interest and care that only an owner will provide. Our buyers benefit substantially from the quality and extra care we provide in the construction of their homes.
